Commission Disclosure for Regulated Clients

As a broker we have access to a panel of creditors, therefore we can introduce customers to a limited number of finance providers who may pay us for that introduction.

In line with FCA regulations, Freedom Vehicle Contracts Limited discloses fees and commissions in good time before a consumer hire agreement is entered into.

Freedom Vehicle Contracts Limited charges a processing fee for all contracts processed and can receive remuneration from one of or in some cases all of the following areas:

  • Commission from Lender
  • Volume Related Bonus from dealer or lender
  • Processing fee

Our customers are entitled to request information relating to remuneration received/to be received on their contract.

It is the policy of Freedom Vehicle Contracts Limited in line with their Treating Customers Fairly Policy to be impartial when recommending a product and the needs of the customer will remain key.

Financial Conduct Authority

The Financial Conduct Authority expects any intermediary to disclose to the customer that a commission may be payable by the owner or creditor to the intermediary, and, if the customer asks, the amount of that commission. The Financial Conduct Authority has made it clear that “commission” means any financial consideration.
